How do I login?
- Check your email
- You should have received an invitation to access the Nliven Ticketing System. If you have not received this email, contact the Venue Owner representative
- Create a password
- After receiving your email, go to nliven.co/admin to create a password. Click “Forgot Password” if you’ve forgotten your password and need to create a new one in order to log in.
How do I add a new user?
- If you need to create a new user for an Agent, please have the authorized Agency representative contact the Venue Owner representative.
What are Accounts?
- Each venue owner has a unique Account in Nliven.
- Example: Broadway Direct (venue owner Nederlander) and New Amsterdam Theatre (venue owner Disney) each have a unique account.
Do I need different logins for different accounts?

- No, you only need one login to access multiple accounts
- If you do not see other accounts, contact your administrator to ensure they have the right email address
How do you switch between Accounts?

- To switch between accounts, click the arrow in the top left hand corner of the page next to the Account Name. You will be presented with a list of Accounts to which you have access.
How do I switch between shows in one Account?
- On the “Request Tickets” tab, you’ll be able to select “Request Tickets” from each of the available shows for that Account.

- Contact the Venue Owner if you need access to Nliven (Andrew Michaelson or Nick Falzon)
- If you have any specific questions about your request, message the Box Office via the messaging feature on your request detail
