Can I change my delivery method?
- You can change your delivery method once your request has been Confirmed, and on the Payment screen.
- If you have paid for your request already, you must contact the Box Office for any further modifications.
Can I mail the tickets to someone different than the original requestor?
- Yes, during payment, the address will automatically fill to your Contact’s information. However, you may input a different address that the original Contact’s.
Can another person pick up tickets at the window besides the original requestor?
- Yes, during payment, you may enter in the First and Last name of the person picking up the tickets.
How do I know when the Box Office has mailed my tickets?
- Once an order has moved into the completed status, the Box Office will be able to provide you with a tracking number for your order.
How do I pick up my tickets from the Box Office?
- Once an order has moved into the completed status, it will be ready for pickup at the Box Office. You can always message the Box Office to double check.
Is Email delivery an option?
- If the event allows email/digital ticket delivery for group orders, then select Email as the delivery method.
- The Email delivery method sends a ticket email to the requester's email address, providing them a link with which they can access their digital tickets.
- The Email delivery method can be restricted by the account administrator, such as to send tickets x days before the event date or requiring tickets to be manually sent.
