How do I make a payment?
- Once your request is invoiced, there will be a button on the top right corner of your request detail, “Make a Payment”
How do I pay for a deposit?
- If your request has a deposit, you will be given the option to pay for the deposit only or the entire total.
If you pay for the deposit first:

- A new request will be generated and moved to Paid in Full. This is so the Box Office may secure your seats.
- To keep track of your split requests, you will be able to find the linked ID in the request history.

If you pay for the total first:

- The entire request will move to Paid in Full.

When will my Credit Card be processed?
- Your credit card will be processed as soon as you submit payment.
What Credit Cards do we take?
- We take all major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club, from anywhere in the world. We can also accept gift and prepaid cards, as long as they are associated with one of the companies above and are able to pay the full amount.
How do I pay with a check?
- When making a payment select ‘Check’. Enter the Check Issuer, Check Number and Check Total in the fields provided, then send the check to the Box Office.
- Address and Payee information can be found on the group sales memo.
Once the Box Office has received your check:

- Your request will be marked as Paid in Full.
What happens if my payment is overdue?
- If your payment is overdue, it is up to the Box Office to extend your deadline or cancel your request. This is not done automatically.
Can I input less money to reduce my number of tickets?
- No. To reduce the number of tickets, you must request a modification by the Box Office. Once they have reduced the number of tickets in the order, the payment information will be updated accordingly.
Can I change the payment due date?
- You must request this from the Box Office.
It says my Credit Card was rejected, what do I do?
- Please check to make sure the information you have entered is correct. If it is still not working, please check with your bank.
