What happens if prices change after I’ve submitted my request?
- Prices are guaranteed only after the request has been placed into the confirmed status. From that point forward, the pricing will not change for that group, however it is possible that any requests for additional tickets may be confirmed at a different price if the group pricing has changed since the original quantity was confirmed.
Can the Box Office extend the dates of a promotion?
Example: I submitted my Early Bird request before the end date, but the Box Office didn't look at it until after it ended.

The availability of certain promotions, including early bird pricing, is at the discretion of the show. If the early bird price is available in the system, it is available for you to request.
The pricing on the screen doesn't match the group sales memo. What do I do?
- If there’s a discrepancy between the group sales memo and the programming of the show, the memo will prevail. If you see a discrepancy or have a question about what’s in the memo, please contact the show directly.
Can I print invoice information in Nliven?
- Once a client has been invoiced for a request, you can click “Print Request” in the top right hand corner of the page.
