Group Sales Memo

Where can I find the group sales memo?

• On the New Request tab, find the appropriate show and click "Group Sales Memo (Download PDF)". The link is on the bottom half of the show's information

When a group sales memo is sent out, is it uploaded immediately?

• The group sales memo will be available immediately upon upload. If you’re receiving a new group memo, those prices will be available in the system.

Will you be able to download all the different memos that are rolled out for a show?

Example: Wicked has multiple memos.

• All memos should be uploaded into one PDF, which is then uploaded in the system.

The group sales memo doesn't match what's on the screen. What do I do?

• If there’s a discrepancy between the group sales memo and the programming of the show, the memo will prevail. If you see a discrepancy or have a question about what’s in the memo, please contact the show directly.
