From the Nliven admin home page, click on the "Account Settings" tab in the left-hand navigation menu. Here you will find the "Accounts Settings" page. Click the "Custom Tickets" tab.
Ticket Templates
Ticket Templates: are used to create custom ticket plans for printing physical tickets.
To create and manage Ticket Template Plans, select the “Ticket Templates” button at “Custom Tickets”.
To utilize custom physical ticket plans, a new plan must be created at the “Ticket Templates” tab. A Default Template plan exists in each Nliven account for general use.
To create a new plan, click the “+ New Plan” button on the right-hand side of the screen.
Complete the following fields and upload relevant files: Plan name; Ticket; Product; Receipt No signature; Receipt Refund; Will Call Order (care of Box Office) Header; Mail Order Header.
To edit an existing Ticket Template Plan, click on the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the Ticket Templates page.
Ticket Template Plans are applied in an Event Template → Settings → Options tab (further details are provided on the Edit Event Template - Settings Tab page).
For further details on configuring custom physical ticket plans, contact the Ticketing Services department.
Ticket Values
Ticket Value Plans: are created to customize the fields (including Terms and Conditions) that appear on a Print at Home ticket (PDF).
To create and manage Ticket Values, select the “Ticket Values” button at “Custom Tickets”.
A new plan can be made for each Event Template. A Default plan exists in each Nliven account for general use.
To create a new plan, click the “+ New Plan” button on the right-hand side of the screen.

Name the Ticket Value Plan.

Enter a "Ticket Disclaimer" (character limit of 6,400).

Choose up to nine items (item glossary below), and the order you would like them to appear on the Print at Home Ticket.
To edit an existing Ticket Value Plan, click on the pencil icon on the right-hand side of the Ticket Values page.
Ticket Value Plans are applied in an Event Template → Settings → Options tab (further details are provided on the Edit Event Template - Settings Tab page).
Item Glossary
Face Value: Full ticket price without fees or discounts
Ticket Type: Price Type, created in the event template → "Pricing" tab → "Price Types", ex. "Child" or "Senior" (further details provided in Create Price Types in an Event Template page)
Accessibility: Accessible name (For example, Wheelchair) will populate if purchased seat has been labeled as accessible in the event template → "Maps" tab (further details provided in Create/Edit Price, Hold, Accessible, Tag, or Seat Alert Maps in an Event Template page)

Fee 1: After “Fee 1” is chosen, “Fee Name for Item” line will appear in which Fee name must be entered exactly how it appears in the event template → "Pricing" tab → "Fee Sets" (further details provided in Create Fee Sets/Fees in an Event Template page).
Fee 2: After "Fee 2" is chosen, "Fee Name for Item" line will appear in which Fee name must be entered exactly how it appears in the event template → "Pricing" tab → "Fee Sets".
Fee 3: After "Fee 3" is chosen, "Fee Name for Item" line will appear in which Fee name must be entered exactly how it appears in the event template → "Pricing" tab → "Fee Sets".
Extended Retail Price: Only applicable if using "Separate Retail Pricing" in event template-associated price tables; contact the Ticketing Services department for further details.
Primary Order ID: Only applicable if events are externally controlled; contact the Ticketing Services department for further details.
Partner Order ID: Only applicable for API or Outlet Seller partners; contact the Ticketing Services department for further details.
Ticket Price: Ticket price with per ticket fees marked as included in face value included.
Seat Tag: Tag, created in the event template → "Seat Settings" tab → "Tags" and applied to seats in the "Maps" tab; ex. "Door 1" (further details provided in Create/Edit Seat Settings in an Event Template - Holds & Tags and Create/Edit Price, Hold, Accessible, Tag, or Seat Alert Maps in an Event Template pages); field also appears on PDF tickets dynamically under event info when applicable to a ticket.
Seat Alert Description: Description for Seat Alert configured in Account Settings → "Seat Settings" tab → "Seat Alerts" and applied to seats in an event template → "Maps" tab (further details provided in Create/Edit Seat Settings - Holds, Seat Alerts & Sale Types and Create/Edit Price, Hold, Accessible, Tag, or Seat Alert Maps in an Event Template pages); Note: Only around 17 characters of the Seat Alert Description will currently appear on default PDF or hard tickets when configured here; field also appears in its entirety on PDF tickets dynamically under event info/Seat Alert label when applicable to a ticket.
Fee 1 Face Value: After "Fee 1 Face Value" is chosen, "Fee Name for Item" line will appear in which Fee name must be entered exactly how it appears in the event template → "Pricing" tab → "Fee Sets" (further details provided in Create Fee Sets/Fees in an Event Template page); Note: Only applicable if utilizing taxable fees in Nliven and fee amount on the ticket should include any taxes applicable to the fee.
