Edit Prices, Holds, Accessible Labels, or Tags for an Event

From the Nliven admin home page, click on the "Events" tab in the left-hand navigation menu. Click the "Event List" option.

• Find the performance you would like to edit in the Event List.

• Click the blue "Edit Event" link below the event title and date.
• Click the “More Actions" dropdown and choose the desired seat action you would like to edit (Edit Seat Holds, Edit Seat Prices, Edit Accessible Seating, or Edit Tagged Seats).

Edit Seat Options

Once an Edit Seat action has been chosen, and the selection of an individual Price Level, Hold, Accessible Label or Tag has been made, assign seat actions to the auditorium map by choosing one of the methods below (Select by options are situated at the bottom left-hand side of the screen).

• By Section: Click the "Section" icon in the bottom right-hand corner to select an entire section.

• By Row: Click the "Row" icon in the bottom right-hand corner to select an entire row.

• By Seat: Click the individual "Seat" icon in the bottom right-hand corner to select a seat.

• Paint: Hold "shift" to paint as much of the Map as necessary. Here you are given an option to "Clear" selection after painting has begun.

Click the blue “Apply” button to save any changes made. Click “Clear” to erase selected seats.

• Navigate to a new Seat Action for editing by using the “Actions” tab at the top of the Map Screen.
• Select "Sell Tickets" at the top of the screen to create an order for this Event, after making changes, via the Point of Sale (further details provided on the Sell Tickets (POS) page).
  
  

• When hovering over a seat in the map, a modal displays various information for that seat (Price Level, Status, Hold, etc).
  
  

Reminder: Changes are made here for INDIVIDUAL performances/events. If changes are required for the full run of the show, edits must be made at an Event Template level. Further details are provided on the Create/Edit Price, Hold, Accessible, Tag, or Seat Alert Maps in an Event Template page.
