From the Nliven admin home page, click on the “Events” tab in the left-hand navigation menu. Click the "Event List" option. Select the Event/Performance you would like to view an Attendance Map for.
Attendance Map: This functionality allows your team to view, in ‘real time', people scanning into an event.
Top Tip : To monitor the flow of people coming into an auditorium and see up-to-date seat status information remember to REFRESH the page each time you want to view a seat’s scanning status.
To access the Attendance Map for an event/show choose "Attendance Map" from the "Reports" drop-down menu next to the event title.
The attendance map is tablet-friendly and includes features including:
- A dashboard with scan rates and scan totals.
- A seating map with simplified visuals of Scanned In, Scanned Out, Distributed, and Unsold seats.
- Distributed tickets are all tickets that are sold including all complimentary tickets.
The color of a seat will change in real-time when its status changes. You must refresh the page to get live information.
- A Scan Log displaying details and total scans by the user.
- An Accessibility dashboard showing order and guest details for tickets purchased with an accessibility icon assigned.
This allows quick and real-time access for managers to see a customer's specific needs for any performance. For this data to be available, an accessibility tag/ icon must be assigned to the seat.
- A Guest Details list displaying order and guest information for all distributed tickets for that event.
- A link to the attendance map from the Sell Tickets page. This can be found in the Actions drop-down menu next to the show name.
Attendance Map Notes
- Zoom in and out of the Attendance Map by clicking the + and - seat buttons to the left of the screen.
- Further details on managing Orders are available in the Orders Management page.
Top TIp : For a more complete picture of seat statuses, the “TTP Seats Export” can be downloaded from the same “Reports” drop-down menu the Attendance Map is accessed from in the event. This export, also in CSV format, contains the Event ID, section-row-seat, hold, price level, and status by seat.
