From the Nliven admin home page, click on the "Events" tab in the left-hand navigation menu. Click the "Event List" tab.
Activate or deactivate an event: This functionality allows you to activate or deactivate an INDIVIDUAL performance/event. Click on the desired event on the “Event List” page. When the event opens, click the blue "Edit Event" link, situated below the event title and date.
Activate an Event
Check the "Active" checkbox. An active event/ performance will appear for sale at the customer Tickets Page and to Admin at the "Sell Tickets" tab (depending on Publish and On Sale Dates).
Deactivate an Event
The "Active" checkbox should be blank. Once an event is deactivated, it will no longer appear for sale. Once the event is successfully activated or deactivated, click the green "Save" button at the top of the page.
Activate Multiple Performances
The activation mode can also be changed when bulk editing multiple events. Further details are provided in the Bulk Edit Events page.
- Open “Event Templates”. Find the show run/event template that you would like to bulk edit the activation status for.
- Click on the three ellipses on the right-hand side of the “Edit Template” button (see below).
- Choose Bulk Edit Events.
- Fill in the date, times, events information fields (below) to select the performances you would like to bulk edit.
- Select Active on the “Parameter to Change” dropdown menu.
- Check (active) or uncheck (inactive) the New Value Active box.
- Hit the blue “Review Changes” button.
- The “Review Active Changes” pop up allows you to see the current status of performances and the new status. True or False reflect Active or Inactive.
- Click the blue “Apply” button.
- The Event List will display the Active or Inactive Status. True (below) means the Event is activated. False means the Event is deactivated.
