From the Nliven admin home page, click on the "Events" tab in the left-hand navigation menu. Select “Event Templates”. Find the Event or Show you would like to create Price Levels for. Click the "Edit Template" button to the right of the show name. Select the “Pricing” tab. To create or edit Price Levels, choose the Price Level option at the top of the page.
A Price Level: is a price band. Price levels are assigned to seats within a Venue, depending on where the seat is located. Price Levels/ Bands are created by giving them a name and a financial value.
Price Levels are assigned to seats on the Venue Configuration Map in the Maps tab of this section (see image below, further details provided in Create/Edit Price, Hold, Accessible, Tag, or Seat Alert Maps in an Event Template page).
As many Price Levels/Bands as you need can be created. Once you have created all the Price Levels, you must refresh the page. This will ensure all Price Levels appear instantly on the venue seating map.
