Account Level Images

Nav Image (required)

Upload location: Account Settings → General Account Settings

Where this image will appear:

• In consumer sales, used as top nav header (Black, Nliven logo bar on example above). It displays in the upper left-hand corner of the page throughout the buying experience.
• Clicking on the Nav image also redirects to the “Home URL” (further details provided in Edit General Account Settings page).
• In Nliven, it appears in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen under all navigation tab options.
• File requirements:
  • Type: PNG

• Dimensions:

Suggestions: The Image should display the account name in logo font.

Favicon (optional)

Upload location: Account Settings → General Account Settings

Where this image will appear:

• For consumer sales, the Favicon will appear when the consumer has a tab open with the tickets page or in the consumer's browser favorites.

Digital Ticket Logo (optional)

Upload location: Account Settings → General Account Settings (AND/OR Account Settings → Partners → Digital Ticket Logo)

Where this image will appear:

• For consumer sales, the Digital Ticket Logo appears on PDF tickets (Nliven logo on the example above), when delivery method Print At Home is selected (displays in a different location on tickets depending on whether loaded in “General" Account Settings (used for all orders) vs. “Partners” (used for orders sold by a specific partner).

• Will appear on the top left-hand side of the Apple Wallet (Area shown in the red box above).

Venue Level Images

Digital Ticket Image (optional)

Upload location: Venues → Basics → Ticket Image

Where this image will appear:

• For consumer sales, on PDF tickets delivered when delivery method Print At Home is selected. This image placement can be used for images that include venue information, maps or as an advertising offering.
• File requirements:
  • Type: PNG
  • Extension: .png
  • Background: Transparent
• Dimensions:
  • Width: 1125 px
  • Height: 1125 px

Suggestions: Can be used as a venue-level advertisement or something similar

Event Template Level Images

Banner Image (required)

Upload location: Edit Event Template → Event Template Settings → Basic Info → Banner Image

Where this image will appear:

• In consumer sales, the image will appear in the top left-hand corner of the page with the event template display name and venue information overlaid.
• In Nliven, the image will appear at the "Sell Tickets" tab where you can choose which event template to sell from. When opened, it will appear at the top left-hand corner of the page (West End Theatre Show Image on example) with the event template display name and venue information overlaid.
• The banner image will appear on all order-associated emails, unless a Large Logo Banner is loaded (further details below).
• File requirements:

Suggestions: Avoid using text in the image. Event information will be overlaid.

Poster Image (required)

Upload location: Edit Event Template → Event Template Settings → Basic Info → Poster Image

Where this image will appear:

• In consumer sales, the poster image will appear at the basket page.
• In Nliven, it will appear in event template-associated orders.
• File requirements:

Suggestions: Image can contain text, such as the event template/event name.

Background Image (required for General Admission Events only)

Upload location: Edit Event Template → Event Template Settings → Basic Info → Background Image (will only display if "GA Sales Mode" was toggled on during event template creation)

Where this image will appear:

• In consumer sales for a GA sales mode event template, the background image will appear underneath displayed price level options at tickets page
• File requirements:

Suggestions: Image should NOT display any text as it will be overlaid

Upload location: Edit Event Template → Event Template Settings → Basic Info → Large Logo Banner

Where this image will appear:

• Image will appear as the header in all order-associated emails (if no Large Logo Banner is loaded the Banner Image will be used instead).
• File requirements:

Digital Wallet Hero Image (optional)

• Upload location: Edit Event Template → Event Template Settings → Basic Info → Digital Wallet Hero Image

  • This image will be used in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet to display the show/event image (Example is shown in the red box above).
• File requirements:
  • Type: PNG
    • This image differs in file type from the other event template images because PNG is the preferred format to ensure the image is rendered correctly across different devices. While Apple doesn't specify an image format, their documentation exclusively uses PNG in examples and we want to ensure wide compatibility.
  • Extension: .png

Product Image (required when selling Products)

Upload location: Edit Event Template → Products

Where this image will appear:

• In consumer sales or at Nliven's "Sell Tickets" tab, the Product Image will appear to the left of the product name at the basket page and alongside the product description when hovering over a product name.
