From the Nliven admin home page, click on the "Venues" tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
Before an Event Template/Events can be created (further details provided in Create or Edit an Event Template page), the Venue in which the Events take place must first be created and properly configured. Nliven clients can create their own Venues, but TixTrack’s Ticketing Services Department must upload the seating maps or "Venue Configurations" and configure specific information.
A Venue cannot be created until a client’s Payment Account (typically Stripe) details have been passed on to the Ticketing Services team. This ensures that the credit card payment account is properly assigned to the Venue. Contact the Ticketing Services Department for more details.
