From the Nliven admin home page, click on the “Account Settings” tab in the left-hand navigation menu. Here you will find the “Accounts Settings” page. Click the “Partners” tab.
Partners: A Partner must be created at the account settings stage when utilizing Nliven's Outlet Seller, Group Sales Agent Module, or API functionality. All Partner-type Users that are given access to Nliven functionality must be linked to a ”Partner” created in the system.

Partners Dashboard
At the “Accounts Settings” page under the “Partners” tab, all Partners are displayed along with the category they have been assigned to and their Partner Type (Groups Sales Agency or Reseller). To edit a Partner's information, click on the pencil icon next to the Partner’s name on the right-hand side of the information table.
Create a New Partner
To create a new Partner, click “+ New Partner” in the top right-hand corner of the page.

Enter the Partner “Name” (required) and Address (optional), and choose the “Category” (required).
- Choose the “Partner Type” from the drop-down menu (Group Sales Agency or Reseller, required).
- If a new Category needs creating, click back to the previous screen. At the bottom of the page fill in the “New Category” box. Click the Categories button at the top of the screen, then click the “+ New Category” on the top right.
- On the pop up, fill in the text field then click the “Proceed” button. The Category will now be available in the “Categories” drop-down menu in the “creating a new Partner” screen.
- To allow ticket printing by Users assigned to this Partner, toggle on the “Allow Printing” toggle.
- If “Partner Type” Group Sales Agency is chosen, the fields “Phone Number”, “Fax Number”, and “Group Sales License Number” (all optional) will also populate.
- To display a Partner’s logo and contact information on Print At Home tickets, drag and drop a logo file into the “Digital Ticket Logo” box (1050X191 JPG or PNG). Fill in the required contact details in the “Digital Ticket Contact Information” box.
Archive a Partner
Partners can be archived if no longer needed.

Click on the pencil icon next to the Partner’s name on the right-hand side of the information table on the Partners Dashboard.

Toggle on the “Archive” toggle in the edit Partner screen.
- To continue, click the blue “Proceed” button at the bottom of the edit Partner pop up.
To view Archived Partners, toggle on “Show Archive” at the top of the Partners page.
