Contact the Ticketing Services department to have your permissions updated to enable the Price Override feature.
Price Override: Nliven users with the permission to do so can override the standard or promo price of a ticket by entering a specific custom value. This can be used in both the Sell Tickets and Exchange processes (further details provided in Sell Tickets (POS) page). Users that have the permission to perform Price Overrides will see it as an option in the Actions menu in the basket.
Creating a NEW User Group: Nliven Admins will see a setting for the Price Override feature. This can be enabled or disabled for each NEW User Group. This setting will be disabled by default for all User Groups. For details on User Groups, click here: Create/Edit User Groups.
EXISTING User Groups: To enable or disable this setting on an existing User Group, please contact Ticketing Services.
