From the Dashboard, hover over the "Reports" tab in the left-hand navigation menu and select one of the reports under the categories below.
Reports: require you to fill in the report-specific parameters, save the parameters and generate the report. Some reports can be downloaded as a CSV file or printed as a document. These reports are accessible based on the permissions granted to specific users (further details are provided in the Create/Edit User Groups page).
Note: New reporting is currently being referred to as a beta version. Any feedback on the report's performance and functionality should be emailed to nlivensupport@tixtrack.com.
Report Parameters: Most Nliven reports utilize similar parameters. They use event parameters such as "Venue", "Event Template", "Event Date(s)", "Events", "Event Start Times", and "Days of Week". Some reports have minor variations. Filters differ significantly by the report. For example, "Hold" and "Seat Status" for the Inventory Report vs. "Submit Date" and "Payment Date" for the Group Sales Payment Report. Several reports include filters such as "Sales Period" or "Transaction Period" and "Sales Channels". Some reports also include configurable display options that you can select based on the specific information you want to display in the report results.
Accounting & Finance
Audit: This is best used for breaking down all activity on a specific event. Sold tickets, comps, unsold inventory, revenue, venue capacity, pricing, etc. This can be customized by sections, price levels, and sales channels.
Payments Audit (Beta): This is best used for auditing payments at a granular level. Event filters are not included in this report since payments apply to orders and not individual events;

Transactions: This report is best used for accessing the information on comps, refunds, fees, products, voided order items, payment methods, etc. by event, transaction date, sales channel, the user (seller), or event template; Note: With the introduction of Transactions V2, the original Transactions report will eventually be removed after feedback on the new version has been gathered and addressed. Any scheduled reports for the original version should be deleted and rescheduled using V2.
Transactions V2 (Beta): This is best used for accessing the information on tickets, products, product variants, fees, comps, refunds, voided order items, payment methods, etc. This can be accessed by event, transaction date, sales channel, the user (seller), or event template. It looks exclusively at order items (tickets, products, fees) so payment-related filters and downloads are not available for this report.
The V2 report has the added filter of "Only Display Net Transactions". This means you will only see "Net Qty", "Net Revenue", "Net Tax" and "Net Total" columns displayed if you choose this filter.
Groups Sales Module
Commissions: This report is only applicable for Nliven accounts using the Group Sales Agent Module (contact the Ticketing Services department for further details). This is best used for accessing the information on commission calculations for various sales by event, event template, client, or partner.
Group Sales Payment: This report is only applicable for Nliven accounts using the Group Sales Agent Module (contact the Ticketing Services department for further details). This is best used for accessing the information on Group Sales statuses, payments, due dates, etc. by event, event template, client, or partner.
Guest Manifest
This report is best used for aggregating seating and purchasing information on event attendees by an event. This includes the customer's Marketing Opt-in data (this is displayed in the Customer Tags column) within the CSV file.
You can display any individual Customer Data Points in the Guest Manifest Report by selecting specific Customer fields (Address, Email and Phone Number). There are also additional data points for further information which include "Order Notes" and "Customer Notes" (Please see screenshot above for the full list of Data Points.
Note: The CSV file only produces the data points that are selected at the time the report is run.
Inventory
This report is best used for accessing the information on held seats vs. sold seats vs. open seats, ADA seats, etc. by an event.
Sales
Promotions: This report is best used for tracking sales made using specific promotions by venue section, price level, and price type grouping by event or event template. It displays the average sold price vs. the average full-price and percentage discount. Filtering allows you to see the promos on an event by event basis or over as an accumulative total over a group of events. This report can be exported as a CSV file.
Sales: This is best used for accessing basic information on net sales (not including delivery or per order fees or partial refunds) by a variety of grouping options. Users can filter the sales report by Transaction Period, Sales Channel, Partners, Sellers and Sales Type.
UK Theatres
Advance Sales: This is best used for tracking money collected/sales for past events (matured), today's events (current), or future events (advance) by capacity, total sales, today's sales, partner sales, and unsold inventory (such as reserved on saved baskets). This also displays a summary of all parameters for each week of events.
Daily Figures: This is best used for comparing this week's sales for one event to last week's sales for the corresponding event during that week under the "Performance Values Net of VAT" section. Projections for today's sales vs. projections for total sales vs. reserved (inventory reserved on saved baskets) can be accessed under the "Advances Gross of VAT" section. This report can be filtered by "Sales Types" to focus on all or selected types.
Payments: This is best used for tracking sales by Sale Type, Fees, Payment Method Commissions, and Internal vs. Partner Commissions by event template. This includes a "Grand Totals" section with commissions and VAT breakdowns, a “Ticket Sales" section with sale type and VAT breakdowns, a "Fee Sales" section, a "Payment Commissions" section, an "Internal Commissions" section, and a "Partner Sales Commissions" section.

This includes a "Grand Totals" section with commissions and VAT breakdowns, a “Ticket Sales" section with sale type and VAT breakdowns, a "Fee Sales" section, a "Payment Commissions" section, an "Internal Commissions" section, and a "Partner Sales Commissions" section.
Payments V2 has improved VAT headers throughout the sections within the report following feedback from clientele.
Sales by Transaction Date: This report is best used for accessing the information on ticket sales, revenue, VAT, payment commissions, internal commissions, partner commissions. Access data by event, event template, transaction date then event, or transaction date then event template.
Weekly Event Sales: This is best used for comparing sales for each day in a week of events to the previous week of events broken down by venue, event template, and event. This includes net sales and total seat and comps totals for the week filtered on the previous week and the difference between the two.
Top Tip: The "Orders List", accessed by hovering over the "Orders" tab in the left-hand navigation menu, and the information recorded in the “Customers" tab is useful for reporting purposes. Each list can be filtered on the desired information then downloaded. Please access the Orders Management & Customers Management pages for further details.
Manage Scheduled Reports

All reports scheduled by a specific user in Nliven will populate in the "Manage Scheduled Reports" section of the "Reports" tab.

The reports that you can schedule a CSV export for are Advance Sales, Customers, Group Sales Payment, Guest Manifest, Inventory, Promotions, Orders List, Payments Audit, Sales, Transactions, and Transactions V2.

The reports that you can schedule a PDF export for are Advance Sales, Daily Figures, Payments, Payments Audit, Promotions, Sales by Transaction Date, Transactions, Transactions V2, and Weekly Event Sales.

To schedule a report, click "Schedule Email" after running any of the reports listed above and configure the delivery method (email or SFTP), subject, frequency. etc. An “Active" column allows Nliven Admin Users to see which scheduled reports are active and which are archived.
Note: To include multiple email addresses under "Recipients" separate individual email addresses by a comma and a space.
