From the Nliven Admin home page, hover over the "Events" tab in the left-hand navigation menu. Click "Event List".
Products: are created and inventory limits are originally set at the Event Template level (Event Template → "Products" tab. For further details visit the Create Products in an Event Template page, yet inventory management can be managed at the individual event/performance level.
Manage Inventory/Products for an Event
- Hover over “Event List”. Click into the desired performance/event.
- Click the blue “Edit Event” link below the event title and date.
- Click the "Products" tab at the top of the page.
- Inventory column: Edit the product quantities available as necessary. Click the blue “check” button, and click the green "Save" button at the top of the page.
Top Tip: The amount of inventory set at the INDIVIDUAL Event level cannot be higher than the amount set at the Event Template level. For this reason, it is important to enter the largest amount of Products you could possibly offer at any performance created from the Event Template (further details are provided in Create Products in an Event Template page).
- Product-Only Purchase URL: This URL is for product only purchases online without tickets. The URL can be copied or opened via "Visit URL".
Top Tip : To offer products to customers post-purchase via order confirmation, tickets, or pre-event emails, the following HTML can be utilized in order to serve up the product-only purchase URL for the event the customer purchased tickets for: "https://--yourhostname--/products/@Model.EmailEventID/selection".
