From the Nliven admin home page, click on the "Orders" tab in the left-hand navigation menu. Select “Saved Baskets” to view all Saved Baskets. Here you can search for a specific basket, perform actions on a basket, view Expired Baskets, or use filters to search by different parameters.
Saved Baskets: is used in Nliven to make reservations. This functionality can be used by the Box Office to reserve tickets for Group Sales or individuals. Using Saved Baskets enables the Box Office to email out an invoice to the customer which includes a “Make Payment” button for ease of purchase.
This page addresses the management of Saved Baskets. For details on how to save a basket, access the Saving Baskets for Groups or Individuals page.
Search for a Specific Basket
To search for a specific basket, type the basket ID number into the “Search Basket ID” box and press enter. This will bring up the basket for you.
Saved Basket Actions
There are a number of different actions that can be performed within a basket. To the right hand side of each basket, there are three ellipses. Click on these and a list of actions will appear. These actions can be accessed in this way whether you have searched for a specific basket or are viewing all baskets.
Actions Menu Options:

Send Invoice: Selecting this option will send an invoice containing a payment link to the customer’s email address that is contained within the Saved Basket. The customer can pay the invoice directly online.
- View Invoice: Selecting this option will show the Nliven user the invoice that the customer has received or will receive.
- Delete Basket: Selecting this option will completely delete the basket and any tickets, products, and/or packages that were contained within it. Once a basket is deleted, the action cannot be reversed.
- Resume/Edit Basket: Selecting this option will take you back into the basket. From here you will be able to continue to check out and confirm the order, or if you need to make amendments, you will be able to add or remove tickets, change promos, change price types, and add or remove products. You can also change the payment due date and expiry date of the basket from here. Once the amendments have been made, you can either save the basket once more, or continue straight to check out and confirm the order.
Invoicing
The invoice can be customized by entering an "Invoice Footer" in the event template-settings-invoicing tab. Configuration details are provided on the Edit Event Template - Settings Tab page. This will appear at the bottom of the invoice. The display of fees in the invoice can also be customized. Further details are provided on the Create Fee Sets/Fees in an Event Template page.
View Expired Baskets
This feature enables the user to view baskets that have expired.
Navigate to the main Saved Baskets page. On the right hand side of the page, you will see the “View Expired” Basket toggle.
Select the toggle and this will turn on the view of Expired Baskets. You will be able to view any basket that has expired in the Nliven account for all events that have been on sale.
On the bottom left of the page, you can scroll through the list to see various Expired Baskets.
You can also view the ticket details that the Expired Basket contained by clicking on the ticket quantity of an Expired Basket.
Note: You cannot view baskets that have been deleted. Deleted basket information is removed from Nliven permanently.
Basket Filtering Tool
On the Saved Basket page, you will see the “Show Filters” button in the top right hand corner of the page.
Selecting this button will open a pop up window that contains all of the filtering options.
Filters can be used to search for baskets made by a specific user/seller, a specific event series, event date range, by sales channel, by expiration date, payment due date, or invoice date. Once you have set your filters, press the apply button. You will then see the list of baskets within those set parameters.
If you commonly use specific filters, you can save the filters for easy access in the future.
