Android Scanning App

An Android based Nliven Scanning App is available from the Google Play Store.

The app provides an improved user experience for the ticket taker.

New Features

Seat Details

Seat details presented to ticket taker upon scanning (Online scanning mode only)

Price Level Scanning / Default Inventory Products

Archived Price Levels are included when "All Price Levels" are selected for Scanning.
The Android App will also allow for Default Inventory Products to be scanned.

Multi-Event Scanning

This will give the ticket taker the ability to select one or multiple events for scanning simultaneously.

Offline Scanning

The ability to scan tickets when internet connection is unavailable.
(Seat details will not be visible when scanning in Offline Mode) 

Server Selection Menu

At present, the login screen prompts you to select a server - please select "East-US1". There will be further instructions provided in the future if you will be required to select an alternative server.

We recommend using the Janam XT3 barcode scanner or Zebra TC21, but other Android devices will be compatible using the camera or keyboard wedge scanning modes.
