From the Nliven admin home page, click on the "Account Settings" tab in the left-hand navigation menu. Here you will find the "Accounts Settings" page. Click the "Content" tab.
Edit Email Templates: The system allows you to customize messages that are sent to customers.
To adjust email content: Click “Edit” next to the named email template. A ticket template box will appear. Enter the email body text. Click the blue save button.
Click the blue “Send” button in the information table to activate a test email.
After clicking, you will be prompted to enter an email and Order ID from which the test email will generate.
Click the blue “Send” button.
You can add messages to any email template at the event template level (further details are provided on the Edit Event Template Settings page).
