From the Nliven Admin home page. Click on the “Account Settings” tab in the left-hand navigation menu. Click the “Data Export” tab.
Data Export Information: This function enables you to schedule data to be automatically downloaded to your server in the Nliven “Orders” → “Orders List” tab, “Customers” tab, and the Inventory, Sales, Transaction, Group Sales Payment, and Guest Manifest reports in the “Reports” tab.

On the “Data Export” screen, click the Edit pencil icon button on the right-hand side of the screen.

Enter your SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) server information. (Please ONLY enter the Password OR Private Key, and DO NOT fill in both fields.)

Credentials will be validated upon clicking "Save". Nliven will not allow you to save credentials that are incorrect.
Scheduling Reports: Manage the frequency or time range within each report by clicking on “Manage Scheduled Reports” in the “Reports” tab.
